Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All ticket purchases are final and no refunds will be offered. Tickets are sold per season and can be used anytime from the date of purchase to the end of the current season. This policy applies to all ticket types, including but not limited to: single-day passes, season tickets, feed vouchers, and other ticket packages.

Bookings
All bookings (firepit rentals, encounters, etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All booking purchases are final and no refunds will be offered. In the event the booking needs to be rescheduled due to weather or other elements beyond our control, we will contact you to reschedule. No other rescheduling will be permitted.
