We will contact you to confirm the field trip date base on your preferences and our availability. You must fill out a form for each group if bringing multiple groups on different days or at different times. Please indicate a specific name to differentiate each group in the school or organization field if booking multiple groups (for example, Name of Your School Day 1 and Name of Your School Day 2 or Name of Your Organization A and Name of Your Organization B.) Please note your field trip will be scheduled based on the anticipated number you provide for students/children and for chaperones/adults. If you have significantly more than expected, we cannot guarantee accommodations at all activities for more than previously arranged. We will respond with a confirmation date and time for each group based on the information you provide.
